1. Essential login cookie

ss.sid is a first-party cookie used for authorised staff login and session security. It stores a session identifier, not your password or payment details. Its configured maximum lifetime is 14 days, and signing out clears it. An active session may renew its expiry. It is not created for an ordinary public visit unless a login session is started.

This cookie is necessary to provide the signed-in administration service requested by the user, so it does not require optional-cookie consent.

2. Tracking and third-party services

We do not currently enable advertising cookies, analytics cookies or browser-based advertising trackers in our website application. Fonts are served by this website rather than requested from Google Fonts. We do not show an “accept all” banner for storage that is strictly necessary.

When you choose to pay, you leave this website for Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe may use cookies and similar technology for payment and fraud prevention under its own cookie information and privacy notice. Other external links take you to services with their own policies.

3. Your choices

You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie prevents staff sign-in from working; public browsing does not require staff sign-in. Deleting a cookie does not itself delete records held by us; contact us for a data-rights request.

If we introduce non-essential storage requiring consent, it must remain disabled until you choose to allow it. Rejecting it and later withdrawing consent must be as straightforward as accepting it. We will update this policy to identify that storage, its provider, purpose and duration.
