Signature Scouts was born from a simple frustration: the best signings often happen when you cannot be there. We help collectors arrange an in-person autograph signing without travelling to the event themselves.
Based in the UK, we're a dedicated team of collectors, logistics specialists and professional proxies who understand the care that collectible items need. Whether it is a comic book, Funko Pop, poster, photograph, action figure, movie prop or another eligible item, entrusting it to someone else requires clear information and a careful process.
How we work
Careful Handling
We record the item details, handle your collectible carefully and use the return postage option you select. Courier compensation is limited to the declared value and selected insurance tier.
Ethical Procurement
We operate transparently. When we deploy proxies for limited drops, we do so legitimately within store policies.
We operate across the United Kingdom — conventions (including MCM and LFCC), bookstore events, and selected pop-ups.

With more than six years in the collecting world, Aaron founded Signature Scouts to give serious collectors a service he wished had always existed. He oversees client relationships end-to-end, ensuring every brief is met with absolute discretion, transparency and a genuine drive to deliver.
